Dr. Glassman is one of a handful of Chiropractors in New York with a special certification to work specifically with Pregnant and Pediatric patients. Dr. Glassman is Certified from the Academy of Family Practice and Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics. Also, Dr. Glassman is certified in the Webster Technique which is a specialized technique to reduce intrauterine constraint and help in the alignment of the pelvis, specifically performed on pregnant patients. Currently, Dr. Glassman is the President for the Nassau District of the New York Chiropractic Council. Dr. Glassman is an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (I.C.P.A.) and the Holistic Pediatric Association. Dr. Glassman is a regular speaker at Barnes and Nobles regarding Pathways Magazine, which is a wellness and holistic based magazine.
Dr. Adam Glassman is a magna cum laude graduate of Life University School of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland at College Park, where he was a recipient of a Presidential Scholarship. Dr. Glassman continues to stay current on the latest research and technology by regularly attending seminars on all aspects of Chiropractic.

The Stroller Strides fitness program is geared to promote healthy families. Stroller Strides classes incorporates Fitness for moms and Fun for baby*. The one hour, total body workout combines power walking, body toning, strength and flexibility exercises using both the environment and the stroller. Throughout the class the children are engaged with songs and activities, creating a fun and enriching experience for all! Babies 6 weeks to toddlers/preschoolers are welcome!
Fit4Baby classes, powered by Stroller Strides, are prenatal fitness classes that teach women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy.
Each nationally certified instructor is trained in providing the pregnant woman with exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. Get Fit for Motherhood!
